RinkOps is operated by RinkOps Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our marketing website, submit a demo or contact request, or use the RinkOpsapplication and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Information you provide. When you use our marketing site lead form, we may collect your name, email address, organization name, phone number, and any notes you choose to submit, along with campaign or referral information (for example, UTM parameters) when present in the page URL.

Account and rink data. When you register for or use the RinkOps application, we collect information needed to operate the platform, including account credentials, profile details, organization and rink information, scheduling and reservation data, invoicing and payment records, maintenance records, and communications you send through the Services.

Payment information. Subscription and payment processing are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; Stripe processes payments according to its own privacy policy.

Communications. If you use email or SMS features (including pickup reminders), we process recipient contact information and message content needed to deliver those communications. SMS delivery may involve Twilio as a service provider.

Technical data. We and our hosting providers may automatically collect standard log and device information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, for security, operations, and troubleshooting.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery via Resend, payments via Stripe, and SMS via Twilio)
• Organizations and rink operators you are associated with in the platform, according to your role and permissions
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

The RinkOps application uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and security (for example, login sessions and multi-factor authentication). Our marketing site may use minimal technical cookies required for basic site operation. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how the application works.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and how it is used (for example, active account data versus marketing lead records).

You may opt out of marketing emails by following unsubscribe instructions in those messages. SMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out of text messages where that feature is offered. You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting us; we will respond as required by applicable law.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
