RinkOps started from a simple observation: rink teams were juggling calendars, spreadsheets, texts, and invoicing tools that were never designed for ice time. Every schedule change meant rework across systems. Billing lagged behind the sheet. Maintenance lived in someone’s inbox.

We built RinkOps to match how rinks actually operate, request and approve ice time, turn reservations into itemized invoices, and keep work orders and preventive maintenance alongside the same data. No rip-and-replace on day one: import your schedule, run one sheet in parallel, and grow from there.
